UNFORTUNATELY, THIS SUMMER WILL BE WITHOUT POSITIVUS FESTIVAL

Unfortunately, this summer will be without Positivus festival. This is an emergency situation we are all in for the first time ever. In a short period of time, the world has changed completely. At a time when people are fighting for the most important thing – human life – everyone is experiencing different difficulties. Writing this statement is the hardest thing we have had to do in the 13 years of the festival because we need to announce that the summer of 2020 will be without Positivus festival.

The festival cannot take place due to health and safety reasons of artists, organizers, technical staff and, most importantly, our visitors. Concerts from bedrooms on TV or computer screens, parties in living rooms or on balconies will never replace the experience of live concerts. Unfortunately, restrictions around the world force artists to cancel concerts and festival organizers to announce cancellations for health and safety reasons.

This year’s Positivus festival was very special for us. We managed to create a great artist line-up, received remarkable feedback for it and it echoed in the ticket sales. In this situation, when there are so much confusion and concern, we can promise you that we will do our best to move this year’s festival line-up to next year’s festival and at the moment it looks very promising.

We cannot answer all the questions about the rescheduled festival at once. At the moment, we can confirm that the tickets you have already purchased will be valid for the rescheduled festival in 2021. Details for ticket holders will follow shortly. We are also working with artists to reschedule their performances for the 2021 festival. We are all in the same unfortunate situation – artists, managers, concert organizers, but we can assure you that everyone is doing their best so that festival goers are the least affected by this situation.

There will be Positivus festival, but we will need to wait for the next one a little bit longer.

Take care of your health and the health of your loved ones, be patient, compassionate and stay safe!
