Latest information for Positivus festival ticket holders 2020 and 2021. All tickets bought for the 2020 and 2021 festival are valid for the 2022 festival. As we recently announced, in 2022 for the first time Positivus festival will take place in a new location Riga, Lucavsala on July 15th and 16th.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE FESTIVAL TICKET AND RECEIVE THE MONEY?

If the dates of the 2022 festival or the new location are the reason why you will not be able to attend Positivus festival in 2022, then TILL FEBRUARY 16th, 2022 by filling the form downloaded from HERE and sending it back together with tickets to info@positivusfestival.com, you can get the money paid for the tickets. After this date, refund applications will no longer be processed.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE 1-DAY TICKET FOR ANOTHER DAY?

The 1-day ticket for the festival is valid for the day it was purchased – the 1-day Friday ticket is valid for July 15th, 2022, and the 1-day Saturday ticket is valid for July 16th, 2022.

2020 and 2021 1-day ticket holders have the opportunity to exchange their 1-day ticket for their preferred day for the 2022 festival. To do this, you need to download the form from HERE fill it in and send it back together with tickets to tickets@positivus.com TILL JULY 1st, 2022. After this date, ticket change applications will no longer be processed.
