Seasoned festivalgoers know – once the main stage lights go down, the enchanting Positivus Night awakens under the starry summer skies. After the headliners wrap up, Lucavsala transforms into a pulsating dancefloor with thrilling beats, inviting everyone to find their rhythm and fully immerse themselves in the festival spirit.
One of the most visited areas year after year is the Lielvārde Silent Disco, where eager dancers often line up shoulder to shoulder just to get in. “The moment people step in and put on the headphones, they instantly understand why it was worth the wait – it’s the perfect place to dance your heart out and let loose,” says DJ Kārlis Ķilkuts, one of the long-standing promoters of the Silent Disco format in Latvia. “The concept is simple – two DJs play simultaneously, and you can switch between them on your headphones.” This year’s Lielvārde Silent Disco will feature DJ duos such as DJ OBVX & DJ Lauma Valērija, DJ PM2AM & DJ Ralph Brumo, DJ All-viss & DJ Ķilkuts, DJ Aspirins & DJ Ralph Brumo, and DJ Dubra & DJ Brumo.
On the Red Bull Stage the Latvian national finals of Red Bull Dance Your Style street dance battles will take place, alongside performances by several international DJs, including DJ Conducta, DJ Flava D, LEGZDINA & DJ Lara Fraser – with more names to be announced soon.
In the Q-SPACE zone, independent event curators Penthaus Calling will host both evenings. The duo spotlights unconventional dance music and musicians in unique settings. “Our goal isn’t just to throw parties – it’s to expand people’s musical and artistic horizons. Every event features a carefully curated lineup of underground international artists and a stage design that’s crafted down to the last detail,” says producer and co-founder Gustavs Ķibilds. “Our previous events have each drawn over 1,500 attendees – but it’s never been about the numbers, it’s about creating a feeling that people want to return to again and again,” adds co-founder Emīls Ozoliņš. A full DJ lineup – including DJ Roberts Ivanovs, DJ [Ex] da Bass, DJ Gustavito, DJ Stocka, and DJ Makree – will take over the EHR Dance Zone’s iconic double-decker party bus. Meanwhile, the legendary JÄGERMEISTER Stage will feature Brass Band, DJ All-viss, DJ Artis Volfs, and DJ PM2AM, and will also provide a spotlight for emerging talents – the winners of the Evolution Stage DJ Battle competition.
At the BOURZMA stage, powered by the sustainable fashion community, festivalgoers can enjoy sets from DJ Shmarta, DJ muuzis, Revolūcija & Amanda, DJ Galaktik, DJ Extrawein, DJ Tipsy Tits, DJ Cukurpaps, JAUNATNE, and DJ Kaķis & DJ Suns.
