ENTRY TO THE CONCERT

Ticket checks and personal belongings inspections at the venue entrance may take additional time. We therefore encourage you to arrive early, follow the signs around the event grounds, and comply with staff instructions.

The VIP gate is designated for VIP Golden Platform and Silver Area ticket holders, as well as wheelchair users. Gates 5, 6, and 7 are designated for General Admission ticket holders.

Visitors’ personal belongings and identification documents may be checked at the gate. To speed up the ticket-checking process, we recommend downloading your digital ticket to your phone in advance, as internet coverage at the venue may be limited.

Admission to the event will only be granted with a valid ticket purchased through “Biļešu Serviss” or “Resident Advisor”. All digital and printed tickets contain a unique barcode that will be scanned at the gate.

Please do not publish your ticket on social media or forward it to other people, as each barcode can only be used once. Once a barcode has been scanned, the ticket will no longer be valid for entry.

The event may be attended by visitors aged four and above. Please note that visitors under the age of 16 are not permitted to remain in a public place after 10:00 PM without a parent or legal guardian.

Concert rules and regulations are available on the organiser’s websites at  www.positivus.com and www.fbi.lv.
